What we build

Each agent takes one job your team does today, connected to the systems that job depends on.

Month-end close

Runs the close checklist, reconciliations, accruals and prepaids.

Accounts payable

Enters and checks every bill; catches duplicates, overbilling and fraud.

Receivables and billing

Invoices from contracts, follows up on payments, issues credits.

Reporting and FP&A

P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, forecasts, budgets and board packs.

Audit and controls

Tests every transaction and keeps audit support ready.

Ask your books

Answers any finance question in plain English, with the sources.

Details for your CFO or controller

Month-end close

Runs the close checklist, reconciles bank and balance-sheet accounts, and prepares accruals, prepaids and fixed-asset entries.

Accounts payable

Captures bills from email, checks each against contracts, purchase orders and payment history, and catches duplicates, overbilling and suspicious bank-detail changes.

Receivables and billing

Issues invoices from contracts and schedules, ages receivables, reads customer emails, and drafts collection notes and credit memos.

Reporting and FP&A

Monthly close pack, management and board reports, lender packages, budgets, rolling and 13-week cash forecasts, with interpretation of what changed and why.

Audit and controls

Monitors approvals, owner transactions and covenant risk, screens messages for payment fraud, and assembles audit support.

Multi-entity and multi-system

Works across several ERPs and entities at once, with consolidation, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency.

What's included

Everything it takes to put agents to work and keep them working.

  1. Assess

We map your processes, systems and data, and find where agents save the most time.

  2. Connect

Secure connections to your accounting system, banks, documents, email and chat.

  3. Build

Agents set up for your chart of accounts, entities, policies and close calendar.

  4. Support

Monitoring, updates and improvements for as long as you run them.

Controls, testing and data protection

Your rules

Approval thresholds, posting limits and segregation of duties decide what the agents do on their own. Anything outside the rules comes to you.

Tested on your history

Before go-live, the agents run on 12 months of your past data and are measured against what your team actually booked.

Open to review

The agents don't need an accountant to check their work, but every entry, reconciliation and report is open to your team's or auditors' review, with the evidence behind it.

Safe with documents and email

Instructions hidden in a document or email are reported to you, never followed. Every action is logged.

Your data stays yours

Least-privilege connections, data kept separate per client and encrypted, never used to train shared AI models.

Ongoing support

Training for your team, documentation, monitoring and tuning, or we run the agents for you.

Who it's for

Built for the people who own the numbers.

Owners and CFOs

Finance leadership without growing headcount, and answers without waiting for month-end.

Controllers and finance teams

Hand repetitive close and review work to agents and keep your team on judgment calls.

Accounting and bookkeeping firms

Serve more clients at higher quality, with agents running each client's books.

Multi-entity groups

One consistent close, intercompany and reporting across entities and systems.

Questions about implementation

Do we own the AI agents you build?

The agents are configured for your business and run on your accounts and systems. We agree ownership of custom work, data and configurations in the engagement terms before we start.

Do the agents need an accountant to review their work?

No. They run on their own within the rules you set. Everything they do stays open to your accountants' or accounting firm's review, and our support is there whenever you need it.

Which systems can you connect?

We connect through each system's official API, or regular file exports where there isn't one: QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, Odoo and others, plus banks, payroll, payments, documents, email and chat.

How do you keep the agents from making costly mistakes?

They work within approval thresholds, posting limits and segregation of duties you set. Every action is logged with its evidence, anything outside the rules comes to you, and we measure accuracy on your own history before go-live.

How is our data handled?

Least-privilege connections; data kept separate per client and encrypted; never used to train shared AI models.
